Gnet internet stations franchise, invites you in a meeting organised by Culture and Youth department of Municipality of Thessaloniki, in cooperation with Northerner Greece Information Technology Companies Association (NGITCA) and the advisory department of Safer internet Node, on the subject “Youth and Internet”.
The meeting will take place on Monday the 3rd of March at 19:00 pm in the conference hall of University of Macedonia.
During the meeting, the results of Pan-Hellenic research of M.K.O “N.E.O.I” for internet use will be presented by the young persons.
The meeting’s objective is the elevation of rational and safe, New Technologies, use and briefing, not only for the young persons but also for their parents.
In addition exchange of know-how, briefing on the ways of prevention and the diagnosis and confrontation of dangers that is related with the new technologies of information technology and electronic communications, as well as training of models and proposals of policy for the safety against the digital dangers will take place.
Gnet Gaming Network, by always standing by young people, supports the event, by creating a Mini internet station of 10 computers, where everyone will be able to test innovative services for the safety in the internet. At the same time a FIFA 2008 competition will take place, which will greatly award its participants.
